Location is requested only after a user action. Exact coordinates are not shown in public UI, and private/member-only data is protected behind account access controls.
Processing
Photos, reviews, and AI-assisted safety
ReserveList may process submitted photos, ratings, reviews, and corrections to run the service. This can include resizing, compression, hashing, duplicate checks, image moderation, OCR, catalog matching, search indexing, quality checks, and AI-assisted safety or data-quality review.
AI-assisted tools such as Gemini may help extract menu or beer/drink candidates, flag unsafe uploads, summarize approved public review patterns, or support moderation. These tools are aids only; ReserveList keeps raw AI output, bot-risk signals, and moderation details private.
Retention
Deletion and records
When content is removed, public display may be removed where practical. Some records may remain for security, moderation, dispute handling, abuse prevention, analytics, backups, audit trails, and service integrity. Backup copies may persist until normal backup rotation.
