User content

User Content and Photo Uploads

You keep ownership of photos, reviews, ratings, notes, corrections, and other content you submit to ReserveList. By submitting content, you give ReserveList a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, publish, resize, crop, compress, transform, moderate, analyze, index, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve ReserveList.

This license allows ReserveList to process photos and text for features such as Cloudflare image transformations, thumbnails, search, feeds, moderation, safety review, audits, backups, hashing, duplicate detection, AI-assisted moderation, Gemini-assisted OCR, catalog matching, venue/menu confirmation, and derived confidence or evidence data.

The license continues as needed for retained records, backups, audit trails, moderation history, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and derived data, even if public display of the original content is later removed.

You confirm that you own your uploads or have permission to share them. Do not upload images copied from Google, social media, brewery or venue websites, Yelp, Untappd, distributor sites, other apps, or any third-party source unless you are authorized to do so.

Retention

Removal and Retention

If you delete content or ask us to remove it, ReserveList may remove public display where practical. We may still retain records, hashes, derived data, moderation history, audit logs, backup copies, and operational metadata when reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, service integrity, or normal backup rotation.

Community-submitted photos do not imply endorsement by breweries, brands, venues, distributors, or other rights holders. Report copyright, privacy, safety, or accuracy concerns through Support.
